I'm P K Sook Hlaele Weiss a Visual Merchandiser/Display Artist living in the UK with paintings and mixed-media works represented only since 2020 globally on the web. I have been painting throughout this lockdown, most of the days for long hours, drained into the nights. Trained as a decorator, performing product presentations, materials procurement and processing, realising, designing and implementing model construction concepts practices and techniques, inclusive laser printing, suggests forms and movement, non-literal nor fixed but presents the viewer with a sense of humour and mystery, sometimes emerging a path into the unknown. With the wide-travelled experiences I've gained and learnt so much about life and found a way to select my ideas in order to visualize what I have gone through. Travelling/living in South Africa, Korea and Switzerland where I grew up, formated my style as in what I feel, see and touch, sometimes sensitive like a story.
The choice of media, such as oil paint, acrylics and 3D projects are used in various methods to implement and completing final outcomes, most of the times not what I have expected. There are thousand ways in seeing and capturing art and views, but having a diverse way of expressing myself, mine is very spontaniouse.
I am a talented, passionate and hardworking artist who has a long track record of creating original pieces of artwork through a variety of mediums. I have a strong artistic eye for detail and colour with a history of excellent craftsmanship, also with the ability to create art for either sale or exhibitions. I can work with a wide variety of medium such as oil, aquarel, acrylics and simple pencil technics to create superb outcomes. Previous two, three, and four dimensional projects working as a visual merchandiser, gave me the ability to continue with my strong creative skills in painting and up to this end, I work hard to stay current with the latest artistic tools and technologies. Right now I am looking for an opportunity to get my work out there into the world for an exciting future, that is keen to see artists with excellent creative choices and dedication..
